3-2-1.. BLAST OFF!
For the first time on planet Earh, a Bridge-House was created with the purpose of bridging the context, practices, and experiments from a Possibility Management traning for participants, before going back into their worlds.
In this landing page we offer discoveries and experiences from our time together.
The Rocket Fuel:

We invited the members of a budding community nearby in Portugal called Quinta da Carvalheira for a Gameworld Consulting Day at the LaunchPad.
SCHEDULE

9:30-10:30a : convergence (morning circle)
10:35-11:35a : research & discovery space
12:00-1:30p : practices & experiments
2:00p-3p : lunch

The LaunchPad team got to interview them and discover where they have blocks to their next steps. Later on, the space was made for each person to work in a 3Cell to take a step through their next doorway (EHP, Rage work, etc..).
WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY
"Thank you once again for welcoming us yesterday 😁 it was really inspiring and empowering to see and experience all the work you are doing while being 💚 wish you all the best and see you next year ✨"
HOW TO LAUNCH THIS KIND OF BRIDGE-HOUSE
There are many ways to execute this kind of Bridge-House and here we share how it went for us.
1REGISTER FOR A TRAINING
This process begins with the commitment to training. The context from the training will roll over into the Bridge-House, so it's crucial that the spaceholders be part of the training.
2GIVE IT A NAME
Every project needs a name. When people can name something, they can commit to it and share it with others.
3CREATE A TELEGRAM GROUP
Have a place where people who are interested can join a virtual conversation. They don't have to be fully committed yet in order to join. Once you create the telegram group, you can find the shareable link to add to the written invitation.
4WRITE A STATEMENT LETTER
Lay out map for the Bridge-House including what it's called, where the inspiration came from, where you are in the process, what it is about, how people can enter, basic housing and food logistics, and where to go for more information (telegram group). This write-up can be formatted as a written invitation to share with your circles.
5MAKE A FLYER
Bring some visuals in so you can share the magic of the journey. We used Canva.com for the flyer.
6SOURCE A TEAM
Who are the people that you will build this with? If you don't know who they are, send the flyer and written invitation to the people who you sense would want to share this adventure with you. There are probably one or two people who are already on your team. They've just been waiting for you to spark their being.
7EXPLORE HOUSING OPTIONS
There are many ways to look around the area where the training will be held for housing options. It's possible that the training space could be rented. We found two houses on Airbnb that would hold two different-size groups. Be mindful that houses get booked up as dates get closer. We chose to send out the flyer and wrtten invitation before making a decision.
8SPREAD THE WORD
Share the flyer and written invitation throughout your circles. It is great to start with the group chat for the training. If one does not exist, reach out to the trainers and ask them to create one.
9AT THE TRAINING
Tell people that you are doing it. Use logistics spaces to share briefly about it. Invite people to talk to you or someone from the team about it. Make spaces during meals to give mini worktalks about it.
